Your customized Anapur package contains 7 daily portions, each of 1,800 calories. At least 35 nutritionally rich and tasty meals can be prepared from this package (5 meals by 360 calories per day). You can mix it simply with whatever you like (water, milk, juice) and add anything you like, e.g. fresh fruit, cocoa, cinnamon or even chilli. And don’t forget to add our shaker so you can easily prepare Anapur.
