Thinking about baking something good to go with a tea or a coffee? Try these delicious Anapur cookies! They are very easy to prepare and you will need following ingredients:

One chocolate bar

• 150g of Anapur
• 1 egg
• 15g of cocoa powder
• 2 spoons of maple syrup
• 1 spoon of baking powder
• 40g of butter

Process:

Chop the chocolate bar

Put all the remaining ingredients together and create a dough. If you want to, you can add some milk (soy, coco nut, or regular) too. After the dough is formed, mix in the chopped chocolate bar.

Form cookies shapes from the dough and put them on a baking paper. Prepare the oven and bake for 190°C for ten minutes.
